1. Shipping Across Canada
We’re thrilled to ship our freeze-dried goodies all across Canada (excluding NT, NU, YT).
Shipping is a flat CA$12.00, nice and simple.
Spend $70 or more and your order ships FREE — sweet deal, right?
2. How Fast Will My Candy Arrive?
We know you’re excited — fresh freeze-dried crunch is hard to wait for!
We pack orders within 1–2 business days, and most customers receive their treats within 1–8 business days depending on how far the candy has to travel.
Remote areas may take a little longer, so if you’re planning for a special day or gift, it’s best to order early.
3. Remote-Area Shipping Costs
Canada is huge (like… really huge), and some destinations cost quite a bit extra to reach.
If your address is in a remote area and the shipping cost ends up much higher than our flat rate, we might need to charge the difference.
But no surprises — ever.
We’ll email you first, let you know the extra amount, and only ship once you approve.
If you’d rather not proceed, no problem — you can cancel or give us a different address (workplace, friend, etc.).
4. A Few Places We Can’t Ship
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to ship to NT, NU, or YT right now.
Some P.O. boxes and remote locations may also be tricky depending on the carrier. If that happens, we’ll contact you to sort out an alternative.
5. If Something Goes Wrong
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier — but if something goes sideways, we’ve got your back.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed longer than expected, just email us at info@justfreezeitsweets.ca and we’ll help make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may replace or refund the order.

1. Our Goal
We want every bag of our freeze-dried treats to make you smile. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to fix it.
2. Due to Food Safety, We Cannot Accept Returns
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped — even if the package is unopened. This keeps everything safe, fresh, and compliant with Canadian food regulations.
3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or not quite what you expected, please email us at info@justfreezeitsweets.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
We kindly ask for:

This helps us solve the problem quickly and improve future orders.
Depending on the situation, we may:

4. Melted, Crumbled, or Softened Candy
Freeze-dried candy can be sensitive to heat and pressure during shipping. A little crumbling is normal, but if the damage is excessive or the product is unusable, please reach out.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not been shipped yet may be adjusted or cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but we’ll still try to help if something unexpected comes up.
6. Allergies & Ingredients
We do our best to provide accurate ingredient information on our labels and website.
However, if you have allergies or dietary concerns, please read all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
