Shipping
Shipping couriers will vary and the selected courier will be decided by the shipper.
Handling time will be 1 to 4 days, most orders are prepped same day and shipped next day to the customer.
Canada is offered free standard shipping on all orders over $70, any orders in Canada below $70 are offered flat rate shipping of $12

Returns
Returns and/or refunds are not offered, replacement of product is an option following the guidelines below

When did your order arrive?

Please describe the problem with your order and include a photo of the product in the original unopened packaging.

If you believe the damage is from shipping please include a picture of the shipping box and a description of the condition it arrived.

After the first photo, please open the package and photograph the contents.
