Just Freeze It Sweets creates handcrafted freeze-dried candies, fruits, and snacks that transform everyday favourites into light, crunchy, and flavour-packed treats. Through the freeze-drying process, we remove all moisture while locking in vibrant flavours and colours — giving every bite an irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth crunch.

Our lineup features over 150 rotating flavours, including our signature Freeze-Dried Explosions — a fun twist on classic candies that burst with flavour in every bite. We also craft themed and seasonal creations such as Bunny Poops, Dino Roar Mallows, and Peepers, which are especially popular at family events, markets, and fundraisers.

Beyond sweets, we offer a growing variety of freeze-dried fruits made from locally sourced Ontario produce such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches and apples. Naturally sweet and crisp, they’re a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional snacks.

All products are packaged in bright, resealable pouches designed for freshness and shelf appeal. Our treats are peanut-free (except clearly labelled “may contain” items) and produced locally in Amherstburg, Ontario, in a CFIA-compliant facility.
